CLIMATE SAVIOUR?

 

This paper addresses the question: what things can the petroleum industry do in pursuit of its economic interests that will also help to reduce greenhouse gas levels in the atmosphere?

Four key areas are outlined in which the oil and gas industry can contribute to climate action while acting in its own interest – carbon pricing, supply chain leakage, addressing permafrost
methane emissions and biofuels/biochar production
